Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.
Monitoring ($9 a month)
Ask within 14 days of a charge for a refund of that charge. You can cancel any time from the link in your Polar receipt or customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges.
How to ask
Reply to your Polar receipt, or email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout. Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. It processes the refund to your original payment method. Your bank decides how long the refund takes to show.
