What you get
- A full deep report per site. Up to 25 pages crawled, JSON-LD validated per type, llms.txt graded, robots.txt tested for 18 AI crawlers per path, and fixes ranked by impact and effort, with robots.txt lines, an llms.txt draft and JSON-LD to paste.
- Your brand on it. Your logo and name on the cover, your contact line on the cover and footer. Our name appears in one small "Generated with AI Ready Check" line, which you can turn off.
- Any domain. Keys are not tied to one site. Run it on a client before a kickoff call, or on a prospect before a pitch.
- A dashboard. Paste your key at /agency to set branding, run reports, see how many are left this month, and reopen past reports.
- Honest walls. When a site serves bot challenge pages to automated readers, we report that as one finding with evidence and stop. That run does not count toward your quota.

How it works
- Pick a plan. Polar emails your license key.
- Open the agency dashboard, paste the key, and add your name, contact line and logo.
- Enter a client domain and run the report. It takes about a minute.
- Download the PDF or HTML and send it.
The score measures how well machines can read a site. It is not a ranking. We do not promise traffic, rankings, or citations from any AI tool. AI Ready Check is made by Fieldnote Labs, Missouri, USA.
Questions
What is in each report?
The same deep report as the $19 single report: a crawl of up to 25 pages from the sitemap and links, JSON-LD checked per type, llms.txt graded with links tested, robots.txt rules tested for 18 AI crawlers per path, and fixes ranked by impact with paste-ready code. Download it as PDF or HTML.
How does the white label work?
Paste your key on the agency dashboard and set your agency name, a contact line and a logo. Every report you run carries them on the cover and in the footer. Our name appears in one small "Generated with AI Ready Check" line at the bottom, and you can switch that off.
How does the monthly quota work?
Agency 10 runs 10 reports a calendar month and Agency 30 runs 30. Each report on a domain counts once. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused reports do not roll over. If a site serves our crawler a bot challenge page, we stop before the crawl and that run does not count.
Can I run reports on any client domain?
Yes. Agency keys are not tied to one domain. Run reports on client sites and prospects. Our crawler identifies itself as AIReadyCheck in the user agent, so site owners can see it in their logs.
Can I edit the report?
Download the HTML and edit it in any editor before you send it. The findings come from the crawl on the date shown, so keep the date if you change the text.
Does the report promise rankings or AI citations?
No. The score measures how well machines can read a site. It is not a ranking, and no one can promise how an AI tool will rank or cite a site. Say the same to your clients.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from the link in your Polar receipt. The plan runs to the end of the paid month. You can get a full refund of a charge within 14 days of that charge: reply to your Polar receipt or email [email protected]. Polar is our merchant of record.
What do you store?
A one-way hash of your key, your branding (name, contact line, logo), the monthly count, and the reports you run, for 365 days. Ask us and we delete them.
